From concept to production, we deliver precision injection moulding with safe housing, steel and aluminum tooling, and lead times as short as 3 weeks. With facilities in Sweden and Austria, we enable reliable, scalable production close to your operations.

We also offer advanced techniques such as in-mould labeling and 2K injection moulding, and for enhanced flexibility, our hybrid manufacturing combines injection moulding with industrial 3D printing to accelerate iterations and expand design possibilities.

Precision is our baseline, but accountability is our promise. Our Swedish facilities operate under strict ISO 9001 quality management systems and ISO 14001 environmental policies to ensure total process stability. Additionally, our facility in Malmö is certified according to ISO 13485.

For our serial production partners who require the highest level of documentation and risk mitigation, we offer PPAP (Production Part Approval Process). This ensures that every component is manufactured to your exact specifications through a validated and repeatable process.

Through our Swedish facilities, you have full access to our global manufacturing ecosystem. we can provide every material and technology listed in our Industrial 3D Printing section, backed by our network of 130+ industrial systems across Europe.

However, for projects requiring maximum agility and down to our 2-day lead time, we maintain specialised local 3D Printing fleets in Sweden:

  • SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) for PA 2200, PA 3200 GF & TPU
  • MJF (Multi Jet Fusion) for PA 11, PA 12, PA 12 S, PA 12 GB & PA 12 White

Yes, absolutely. While our facilities in Sweden is specialised in high-velocity additive manufacturing and injection moulding, we are your direct gateway to the full Prototal Group ecosystem — including a dedicated vacuum casting center in Dornbirn, Austria.

The primary benefit for you is continuity. You keep your dedicated Swedish contact person who already understands your business, your quality requirements, and your technical history. We handle all the cross-border coordination and logistics behind the scenes, ensuring you get the industrial scale of a European leader with the personal service and accountability of a local partner.
