Prototal Sweden AB has become a member of SOFF – the Swedish Security and Defense Industry Association.
This membership bolsters Prototal’s ability to contribute to Sweden’s security and preparedness, while opening doors for new collaborations and professional development opportunities within the defense sector.
SOFF works to create the best possible competitive conditions for defense and security companies by promoting market access and international trade. The organisation represents approximately 250 member companies operating in areas such as civil security, cyber technology, and defense technology.
“Joining SOFF is an important step for Prototal. We see a growing need for advanced manufacturing solutions within Sweden’s total defense, and through this membership, we can both deepen our collaborations and continue to strengthen our expertise in the field. We want to be an active partner in developing Sweden’s defense capabilities and long-term readiness,” says Karin Holst, Global Sales Director Aerospace & Defence, Prototal Group.
“We welcome Prototal as a new member of SOFF. Their expertise in advanced manufacturing, additive production, and high-level industrial solutions is a valuable addition to strengthening Sweden’s total defense. Together with our members, we work to meet the increased security challenges the country is facing,” says Robert Limmergård, Secretary General of the Swedish Security and Defense Industry Association.
SOFF also collaborates with international industry organisations and is a member of the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) and the NATO Industrial Advisory Group (NIAG), in addition to holding several cooperation agreements with organisations in other countries.
