Ved at bruge industriel 3D-printning og h\u00f8jtydende polymermaterialer opn\u00e5ede CODRONE et let, holdbart dronedesign med komplekse integrerede geometrier, reduceret antal dele og betydeligt hurtigere tid til markedet. <\/p>\n\n<p>CODRONE er en dansk teknologivirksomhed, der specialiserer sig i autonome dronel\u00f8sninger til inspektion og overv\u00e5gning, hvor traditionelle piloterede droner er ineffektive eller upraktiske. Ved at kombinere kunstig intelligens med avanceret hardwaredesign muligg\u00f8r CODRONE fuldt autonome flyveoperationer med minimal menneskelig indgriben. Deres f\u00f8rste kommercielle drone, Aluco, blev udviklet til at opfylde kr\u00e6vende krav til holdbarhed, flyveudholdenhed og kompakt, h\u00f8jt integreret design.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Udfordringen: Designfrihed, v\u00e6gtreduktion og holdbarhed<\/h2>\n\n<p>Under udviklingen af Aluco identificerede CODRONEs ingeni\u00f8rteam flere udfordringer, der udelukkede traditionelle fremstillingsmetoder:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Komplekse geometrier kr\u00e6ves til elektronik, sensorer og strukturelle elementer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strenge v\u00e6gtbegr\u00e6nsninger for at maksimere flyvetid og effektivitet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00f8j holdbarhed og vibrationsmodstand til kr\u00e6vende driftsmilj\u00f8er<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Et behov for at minimere antallet af individuelle komponenter og samlinger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Konventionel fremstilling kunne ikke levere den n\u00f8dvendige kombination af <strong>lav<\/strong>v\u00e6gt, robusthed og designfleksibilitet inden for en acceptabel udviklingstidsramme.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tilgangen til produktion: Industriel 3D-udskrivning med Prototal<\/h2>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/prototal.info\/dk\/om-os\/lokationer\/danmark\/\">Prototals afdeling i Danmark<\/a> st\u00f8ttede CODRONE gennem b\u00e5de prototypeudvikling og produktion ved at bruge <a href=\"https:\/\/prototal.info\/dk\/services\/industriel-3d-print\/\">industriel 3D-printning<\/a> til at \u00e5bne op for nye designmuligheder.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De vigtigste fordele ved industriel 3D-printning:<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Integrerede komplekse geometrier<\/strong><br \/>Elektronikhuse, sensorbeslag og strukturelle funktioner blev designet direkte ind i en enkelt beskyttelsesskal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Topologioptimerede strukturer<\/strong><br \/>Materiale blev fjernet, hvor det var un\u00f8dvendigt, hvilket reducerede den samlede v\u00e6gt, samtidig med at den mekaniske styrke blev bevaret.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delkonsolidering<\/strong><br \/>Flere komponenter blev kombineret til f\u00e6rre trykte dele, hvilket forenklede monteringen og forbedrede p\u00e5lideligheden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Problemfri overgang fra prototype til produktion<\/strong><br \/>Den samme fremstillingsproces blev brugt under hele udviklingen, hvilket eliminerede redesigns og forsinkelser i v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsproduktionen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;Ud over de funktionelle fordele sparer vi tid gennem hele udviklingsprocessen. Dette materialevalg gav en optimal balance mellem styrke, stivhed og lav v\u00e6gt &#8211; godt egnet til UAV-applikationer. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resultater: Fordele for ydeevne og produktion<\/h2>\n\n<p>Samarbejdet gav m\u00e5lbare forbedringer p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af ydeevne, omkostninger og skalerbarhed:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>~50% v\u00e6gtreduktion sammenlignet med aluminiumskomponenter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00d8get mekanisk styrke og vibrationsmodstand<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kortere genneml\u00f8bstider fra design til f\u00e6rdige dele<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lavere produktionsomkostninger sammenlignet med traditionel fremstilling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produktionsklar kvalitet, der er velegnet til serieproduktion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Ved at fjerne v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsbegr\u00e6nsninger og muligg\u00f8re hurtig iteration var CODRONE i stand til at fremskynde produktlanceringen og samtidig opretholde h\u00f8je tekniske standarder.<\/p>\n\n<p>For CODRONE blev industriel 3D-printning en hj\u00f8rnestensteknologi, der underst\u00f8tter b\u00e5de innovation og skalerbarhed i produktionen.
