Ved at g\u00e5 fra intern prototyping til <a href=\"https:\/\/prototal.info\/dk\/services\/industriel-3d-print\/\">industriel 3D-printning<\/a> var Macula i stand til at skalere produktionen hurtigt og samtidig opretholde stramme tolerancer, h\u00f8j overfladekvalitet og en hurtig time to market. <\/p>\n\n<p>Litecom er en dansk virksomhed, der har specialiseret sig i tekniske l\u00f8sninger til store live-produktioner, herunder internationale begivenheder som X Factor, Zulu Comedy Awards og Eurovision. P\u00e5 baggrund af deres erfaring med live-underholdning identificerede Litecom et behov for mere avancerede og fleksible lysstyringselementer. Det f\u00f8rte til oprettelsen af Macula, et datterselskab med fokus p\u00e5 at udvikle og kommercialisere et nyt lysstyringssystem til underholdningsindustrien.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Udfordringen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>I den indledende udviklingsfase producerede Litecom prototyper ved hj\u00e6lp af interne FDM 3D-printere. Denne tilgang var velegnet til tidlig testning, men den havde sine begr\u00e6nsninger: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Utilstr\u00e6kkelige tolerancer og overfladedetaljer til slutbrugskomponenter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Begr\u00e6nset egnethed til serieproduktion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Begr\u00e6nsninger ved skalering af produktionen for at im\u00f8dekomme ekstern eftersp\u00f8rgsel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Efterh\u00e5nden som produktet blev mere modent, og interessen for Macula-systemet voksede, havde Litecom brug for en fremstillingsmetode, der kunne underst\u00f8tte produktionskvalitet og skalerbare m\u00e6ngder uden at medf\u00f8re v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsforsinkelser eller store forh\u00e5ndsinvesteringer.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tilgang til produktion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Efter en indledende evaluering af mulighederne for industriel additiv fremstilling samarbejdede Litecom med vores <a href=\"https:\/\/prototal.info\/dk\/om-os\/lokationer\/danmark\/\">Prototal-afdeling i Danmark for at st\u00f8tte overgangen fra prototyper<\/a> til serieproduktion.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Teknologi og materialevalg<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Industriel 3D-printning med teknologien <a href=\"https:\/\/prototal.info\/dk\/services\/industriel-3d-print\/polymer\/sls\/\">selektiv lasersintring (SLS)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/prototal.info\/?page_id=4692\">PA 2210 FR<\/a>, valgt p\u00e5 grund af dimensionsstabilitet, holdbarhed og flammeh\u00e6mmende egenskaber<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Efterbehandling, herunder overfladebehandling og indfarvning f\u00f8r levering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Industriel 3D-printning i SLS gjorde det muligt at producere Macula-komponenterne med betydeligt h\u00f8jere pr\u00e6cision og gentagelsesn\u00f8jagtighed sammenlignet med desktop-printning, samtidig med at de var egnede til serieproduktion.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skalering til serieproduktion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Efter flere design-iterationer steg eftersp\u00f8rgslen efter Macula-systemet hurtigt. Ved hj\u00e6lp af industriel 3D-printning var Macula i stand til det: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00d8g produktionskapaciteten uden v\u00e6rkt\u00f8js\u00e6ndringer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e5 direkte fra validerede prototyper til serieproduktion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reagerer hurtigt p\u00e5 markedets eftersp\u00f8rgsel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Denne fleksibilitet gjorde det muligt for det nyetablerede datterselskab at komme ind p\u00e5 markedet uden forsinkelser, der typisk er forbundet med traditionel produktionsopstart.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De vigtigste fordele ved industriel 3D-printning<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Brugen af industriel 3D-printning underst\u00f8ttede Maculas produktudviklings- og produktionsstrategi p\u00e5 tre n\u00f8gleomr\u00e5der:<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frihed til at designe<\/h4>\n\n<p>Komponentgeometrien kan optimeres til funktionalitet uden begr\u00e6nsninger fra traditionelle fremstillingsmetoder, hvilket giver mulighed for st\u00f8rre integration og designeffektivitet.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kontrollerede produktionsomkostninger<\/h4>\n\n<p>Produktionsomkostningerne forblev forudsigelige fra prototype til serieproduktion uden brug af st\u00f8beforme eller v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsinvesteringer.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hurtig tid til markedet<\/h4>\n\n<p>Muligheden for at g\u00e5 direkte fra design til produktionsklare dele muliggjorde en kort og effektiv udviklingscyklus, der underst\u00f8tter hurtig markedsadgang.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u00f8bende produktion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>I dag er Prototal ansvarlig for serieproduktionen af h\u00e5ndtag til Macula-systemet. Komponenterne fremstilles ved hj\u00e6lp af SLS i PA2200, <a href=\"https:\/\/prototal.info\/dk\/services\/industriel-3d-print\/polymer\/efterbehandlinger\/\">efterbehandles<\/a>, indfarves og leveres til Macula til integration af elektronik og slutmontering. <\/p>\n\n<p>Denne case viser, hvordan industriel 3D-printning kan fungere som en prim\u00e6r produktionsmetode for serieproducerede komponenter i sektoren for underholdningsteknologi.
