Projektet viser, hvordan industriel 3D-printning muligg\u00f8r komplekse geometrier, skalerbar produktion og reduceret tid til markedsf\u00f8ring af avanceret medicinsk forskningsudstyr. <\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cercamagnetics.com\">Cerca Magnetics<\/a> udvikler n\u00e6ste generation af hjerneafbildningssystemer ved hj\u00e6lp af fremskridt inden for kvantesensorik. Deres arbejde fokuserer p\u00e5 at omdanne traditionel MEG-teknologi &#8211; som historisk set har v\u00e6ret afh\u00e6ngig af stort, fast og dyrt udstyr &#8211; til b\u00e6rbare systemer, der tillader naturlig bev\u00e6gelse under scanningen. Denne tilgang udvider adgangen til MEG-scanning, herunder brugsscenarier, der involverer b\u00f8rn og langvarige unders\u00f8gelser, som tidligere var upraktiske med konventionelle systemer.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Udfordringen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Traditionelle MEG-scannere er afh\u00e6ngige af store, stive strukturer, der vejer flere hundrede kilo.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cerca havde brug for en produktionsl\u00f8sning, der kunne underst\u00f8tte:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meget komplekse geometrier, herunder indvendige kanaler, undersk\u00e6ringer og gitterstrukturer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lette, men robuste komponenter, der egner sig til b\u00e6rbart medicinsk udstyr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flere hjelmst\u00f8rrelser, der passer til brugere i forskellige aldre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hurtige udviklingscyklusser uden omkostninger og forsinkelser i forbindelse med v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Konventionelle polymerfremstillingsmetoder, som f.eks. spr\u00f8jtest\u00f8bning, var uegnede p\u00e5 grund af designkompleksitet og krav til v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tilgang til produktion<\/h2>\n\n<p>For at opfylde disse krav fremstillede <a href=\"https:\/\/prototal.info\/dk\/om-os\/lokationer\/storbritannien-uk\/\">Prototals afdeling i Storbritannien<\/a> MEG-hjelmene ved hj\u00e6lp af industriel 3D-printning.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Teknologi og materialestrategi<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Industriel 3D-printning til polymer i<a href=\"https:\/\/prototal.info\/dk\/services\/industriel-3d-print\/polymer\/sls\/\"> SLS-teknologi<\/a>, der muligg\u00f8r kompleks indre geometri uden st\u00f8ttestrukturer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Letv\u00e6gtsdesign, der giver fri bev\u00e6gelighed under scanning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsfri produktion, der reducerer genneml\u00f8bstider og udviklingsrisiko<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>SLS-processen gjorde det muligt for Cerca at reducere en traditionel MEG-scanner p\u00e5 500 kg til en r\u00e6kke b\u00e6rbare hjelme, der kun vejer lidt over 1 kg hver, samtidig med at den strukturelle integritet og funktionelle pr\u00e6cision blev bevaret.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Produktion og kvalitetskontrol<\/h2>\n\n<p>Prototal UK st\u00f8ttede projektet i flere produktionsfaser:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Designgennemgang og vurdering af producerbarhed af CAD-modeller<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serieproduktion ved hj\u00e6lp af industrielle SLS-systemer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dimensionel og visuel kvalitetskontrol for at sikre overensstemmelse med applikationskravene<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Efter inspektionen blev hjelmene f\u00e6rdiggjort med Prototals permanente overfladefarvningsproces, s\u00e5 forskellige st\u00f8rrelser let kan identificeres ved hj\u00e6lp af farver, samtidig med at overfladens holdbarhed bevares.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Resultater<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Samarbejdet gjorde det muligt for Cerca Magnetics at bringe en ny klasse MEG-udstyr ind i kliniske milj\u00f8er og forskningsmilj\u00f8er.<\/p>\n\n<p>De vigtigste resultater omfattede:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lette, b\u00e6rbare MEG-hjelme, der g\u00f8r det muligt for patienten at bev\u00e6ge sig under scanningen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flere hjelmst\u00f8rrelser produceres efter behov med h\u00f8j dimensionel n\u00f8jagtighed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eliminering af v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsomkostninger og reduceret tid til markedet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forbedret tilg\u00e6ngelighed for p\u00e6diatriske og bev\u00e6gelsesf\u00f8lsomme studier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En skalerbar fremstillingsproces, der er egnet til l\u00f8bende udvikling og forfinelse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img data-dominant-color=\"9b92c4\" data-has-transparency=\"false\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"334\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" src=\"https:\/\/prototal.info\/app\/uploads\/2025\/12\/cerca-magnetics-1-1024x334.avif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5345 not-transparent\" style=\"--dominant-color: #9b92c4;
