We’re looking for you who wants to drive growth at the forefront of Norwegian industrial production. As a Business Developer at Prototal, you’ll have a key role in developing our business within serial production \u2013 with a focus on 3D printing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your Mission<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You’ll be responsible for establishing new customer relationships and developing existing growth customers within Norwegian industry. The role involves a high customer focus where you, through proactive work and close collaboration, guide customers correctly within our offering \u2013 from early idea to serial production. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll have overall responsibility for the sales process: from identifying needs and networking to quotation work, value-based pricing, and follow-up. The role is independent, but you work closely with internal teams in project management, technology, and sales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Examples of responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Identify new business opportunities within 3D printing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build strong networks and long-term customer relationships<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop commercial strategies per customer together with sales management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Act as an advisory partner regarding technology choices and manufacturing strategy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Propose pricing according to “value-based pricing”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Initiate activities such as Tech Days, trade shows, customer events, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    We’re looking for someone who has<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Several years of experience in new customer development and business development<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to create trust and build strong relationships<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Technical understanding and interest in production and innovation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Negotiation skills and experience with value-based selling<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A structured approach to work and experience working independently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Unsere Geschichte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Die Geschichte von Prototal begann in den 1980er\u2011Jahren als interne Prototypenwerkstatt von Electrolux und Husqvarna AB in Schweden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Entstehung<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        Im Jahr 1989 installierte Electrolux Rapid Development die erste SLA 250 in Europa \u2013 und die dritte weltweit.
        Dieser technologische Meilenstein markierte einen wichtigen Schritt in der europ\u00e4ischen Additivfertigung.
        1999 \u00fcbernahmen die Mitarbeiter der bestehenden Prototypenwerkstatt die Polymerabteilung im Rahmen eines Management-Buy-Out und gr\u00fcndeten Prototal AB. Damit begann die Entwicklung von Prototal zu einem eigenst\u00e4ndigen, f\u00fchrenden Fertigungspartner. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        Starke schwedische F\u00fchrung<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        Zwischen 1999 und 2017 etablierte sich Prototal als erstklassiger Produktionspartner und baute seine Pr\u00e4senz mit mehreren Werken in ganz Schweden sowie einer Expansion nach Norwegen weiter aus.
        In dieser Phase entwickelte das Unternehmen die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Flotte an SLS\u2011Maschinen in Skandinavien und festigte damit seine Rolle als regionaler Marktf\u00fchrer in der additiven Fertigung. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        Neue Mehrheitseigent\u00fcmer<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        Mit der Mehrheitsbeteiligung von Nalka im Jahr 2019 erreichte Prototal einen wichtigen Meilenstein auf dem Weg, zu einem f\u00fchrenden europ\u00e4ischen Fertigungsunternehmen zu werden. Diese Phase war gepr\u00e4gt von gezieltem Wachstum und einer klaren europ\u00e4ischen Expansionsstrategie. Ein wesentlicher Schritt war dabei der Eintritt in den d\u00e4nischen Markt durch die \u00dcbernahme von Damvig A\/S, einem etablierten Spezialisten im Bereich der additiven Fertigung. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        St\u00e4rkung des europ\u00e4ischen Netzwerks<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        Zwischen 2020 und 2024 erweitert Prototal seine Pr\u00e4senz in Europa in hohem Tempo. In dieser Expansionsphase tritt das Unternehmen durch die \u00dcbernahmen von 3TAMP und CA Models in den britischen Markt ein, st\u00e4rkt seine Position in S\u00fcdeuropa mit Prosilas in Italien und etabliert sich mit 1zu1 erfolgreich in \u00d6sterreich, der Schweiz und Deutschland. Diese strategischen Akquisitionen bilden die Grundlage f\u00fcr Prototals Entwicklung zu einem der f\u00fchrenden Anbieter von Manufacturing-as-a-Service in Europa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        Umfirmierung in Prototal Group<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
